1. PROGRAM ENTRY IS FREE OF CHARGE. AS SUCH, NO ENTRY FEE, NO PURCHASE NOR PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
2. PROGRAM APPLICATION PERIOD. The Application begins at 12:00 UTC on 22.11.2024 and ends at 23:59 UTC on 25.11.2024.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
The Eligibility to the contest is subjected to the following legal conditions:
3.1 Entrants must be over the age of 18 when registering for the program.
3.2 This program is subject to all applicable rules and regulations. By entering into the program, you accept to be bound by these set or Rules in all the matters related to the Avakin Greeter Program.
3.3 Residents of the following countries are not eligible for participation in the program: Cuba, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Norway, Quebec, Republic of Congo, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Turkey, UAE. As well, from the participation in the contest are excluded residents of any other jurisdictions in which contest are prohibited by the applicable legislation
4. ENTERING REQUIREMENTS:
Volunteering in the Program is subject to help new and returning players feel welcome and comfortable. Participants must also join the Promoter’s official Discord @avakinlife so they can be contacted if they are chosen.
5. ELIGIBILITY OF GREETERS:
5. 1By entering the program, as the name of the program says, Greeters must help new and returning players feel welcome and comfortable.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to revoke the Greeter role and Certified Greeter Badge from participants at any time, even after completing the three-month program, if they are found to have engaged in misconduct or violated the program’s rules.
5.3 All participants are expected to adhere to the community guidelines and uphold the values of the program throughout their tenure as Greeters.
6. SELECTING THE GREETERS
The Greeters will be carefully selected by our community team who will evaluate the following aspects:
7. PRIZE
7.1 Day 1: Upon selection, the chosen 15 Greeters will receive 50,000 Coins.
7.2 Month 1: Active and certified Greeters will be awarded the Certified Greeters Badge.
7.3 Month 2: Active participation will be rewarded with 500 Crowns.
7.4 Month 3: Continued activity will be rewarded with 1,000 Crowns.
Conditions
To remain eligible for rewards, Greeters must actively fulfill their assigned duties and adhere to program guidelines throughout the three-month period.
8. TAXES
Any local taxes not identified by this set of Terms and Conditions will be the sole duty of the Winners.
9. GREETERS ANNOUNCEMENT:
9.1 A panel of judges from the Promoter team will review all entries and select the 15 participants within five (5) days after the application period closes. Selections will be based on the specified criteria, and all decisions will be final and binding.
9.2 The final greeters will be announced on the Promoter’s official SNS, instagram and Discord on December 9, 2024.
10.PROMOTER:
The Program is Promoted by Lockwood Publishing Ltd. (Promoter). The Promoter will conduct the program based on these Official Rules.
11. PERSONAL DATA.
The Promoter may collect personal data about Participants and use such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at https://avakin.com/privacy-and-data-policy/. Personal data of the Participant may be disclosed by the Promoter to any third party and at the request of any official authorities as described in the Privacy Policy.
By entering the Program, you agree that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.
12. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The Promoter reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time of the contest. In the program the promoter decides to change these Terms and Conditions, the Participants will be informed of such changes on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Discord. The modified Terms and Conditions will be published on the competition page without delay.
13. CANCELLATION:
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the program at any time in cases of fraud or technical difficulties which can jeopardize the integrity of the program.
14. MISCELLANEOUS:
If any of the provisions of this Set of Rules is invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, as such void, the rest shall enforce. The invalidity of one condition shall not affect the validity of the entire Set of Rules.
